So I have a Ditto X2.
Also have a CT5 but I use that for more warbled messes.
Was thinking a second looper would be cool for transitions and such but I'm undecided as to whether to get
Another looper
Or the ditto x4.
I like the sync ability on the X4 but the global stop and effect switch are kind of a bummer.
It may also be cool to place one looper in the middle of the chain to add to the fuckery.
What say yew guys?

Keep your x2 at the end and get a little Hotone Wally for the start of the chain. That's what I do for loop fun.
I cordially invite you to fuck right off and let the rest of us talk about music like adults. - dubkitty

NUX Time Core. Save money, get a cool stereo delay while you're at it.

Haha. YES.
dl-4 is probably my favorite looper. Only pisses me off that it can't be used in an fx loop

DL4 is still the best phrase looper for me, and I have tried most. The instant flexibility is key.

I'd actually argue that the M9 is better than the DL4.
Those dedicated foot switches are the tits

I have spent years reading this sentiment from you across multiple fora.
That does not diminish what you're saying. You're right!

You got me! The effects pre/post looper makes a load of possibilities too. But if you want to split hairs, the DL4 is smaller and doesn't have the multieffect stigma.

Lol.
Am I that repetitive? It is one of few pieces of gear that changed how I make sounds and music.

I hear ya on that. I also felt like I was always having clumsy feet with the M9
Come to think of it, I hate those switches. Could never understand why Line 6 continues to insult the world with their shitty choices in switches.
