Yeah, that. And can't you invert the outputs or some fun stuff? I would look at that.

In all seriousness though, I can only think about the Nemesis because selling my Timeline would make me able to finance that. I'm aware of the broadband and Adam's willingness to do fun custom stuff - believe me I think about that very often. But there is no way I can spend any money on pedals.

So, helpful people of ILF, is there a way to use the editor software or tweak a setting so that it can do swell-type stuff?

Out of curiosity, any reason why specifically the Nemesis and not a DD-500 or somesuch?

I'd go with the DD-500 personally. I've tried both and the DD sounded way better to me.

Man, have I never disagreed with you about anything as much as this.

Have you tried both? I wasn't that impressed with the Nemesis, but I must admit I only got to try it through headphones. Maybe that's why?

Ive owned both, yeah. The Nemesis is so full of life compared to the dd-500, there's no contest. Taking aside all of the ridiculous shit you can do with the 500, of course.

I can't embed on mobile but here's a video:

Ok kind of skipped around on the video a bit because I mean 9 mins is just too much LOL, but they both sound pretty good. There's a few modes on the Nemesis I could see winning over the DD for sure. But I think the DD is amazing as well and has a vast amount of power. They both are cool. I'd love to try the Nemesis in person again.

Hmmm...Maybe I'll buy one for my birthday or something. Fuck it.

Just can't get over the dedicated shimmer mode on the DD-500. Shimmer is done. It's over.

Yea I never used the shimmer. I kind of like it sometimes on Reverb, but it has to be tasteful. I agree with you though.

The Shifter mode in the Nemesis however, is delicious. Octave down delay is where it's at. :!!!: Or octave up with a healthy dose of vibrato. :snax:

It's not really a shimmer. It's a pitch shifter/harmonizer for the repeats. It can go up to an octave I think, and you can reduce the time to 1ms and its basically an organizer as far as I can tell. It seems like the shifter mode on the Nemesis I think
