Super Fuzz into RRR

Post by hazelwould »

Here's a short clip just messing around. I had the RRR on Hall, and was going for something really spacey. I'm demoing the Black Cat Super Fuzz I got in a tour box. Crazy pedal!!

Disclaimer: Excuse the crappy playing, and crappy audio (Flip Mino HD). And I had to cut it short as my daughter started crying in the other room.

Thanks Ryan! Yea, it was just messing around, and I wanted to try out my Flip Mino HD.

It's just a Classic Vibe Duo Sonic, into an old Peavey Triumph PAG 60. The PV has a Celestion V30 in it. It's a nice dark amp which is well suited for the Duo. This was VERY low apartment volumes. When it's cranked it's beautiful.

I'm going to start doing more demo's. I was using the RRR as a dry boost after the Super Fuzz and it was amazing and thick! Listen in the clip HOW much the RRR fattened that thing up. :)*

Totally sold me on an RRR, and that was one setting! I liked whatever you were playing; it went especially well with those pedals. Where's the full song with the delay? :p

You've also got me going more for a Duo Sonic. Was just looking at those last week, but haven't had a chance to play one. Had it long? Hows the neck?
