Yeah the re-triggering thing was irritating. The Sens Knob on the Dirty Robot has a much more usable sweep, you won't re-trigger unless you want to.
i mean, i loved it, as did others, because pedals like that are fun to wrangle with and create glitchy chaos. it's honestly one of the best mass produced pedals for that kind of thing IMO.

if you turn up the sens knob enough is it as sentient as the synth wah? if it was able to track nicely for the majority of people that want that but simultaneously get into super glitch territory that would be really awesome.
Yep once you get around 2:30-3:00 on the Sens, it will start re-triggering

I literally leave my Bass Whammy in one position with the foot treddle, so I'd love a bass option for this. Then again, I recall using a regular Whammy on bass and it sounded fine. I like using the octave up effect the most. I don't do the whole Tool to thing, so I could care less about that part lol.

Really the smaller footprint is enticing. If it can get close to the Pog 2, I'm sold.

If I didn't have a whammy 5, ps5, microsynth and two synth wahs I'd be all over this.

Other than the vibrato what's the difference between the synth wah and the dirty robot?
Way more controls, the Drift Knob (blends square wave with sub/octave/sub&octave), modulation, true bypass, stereo I/O.
Ok sounds good.... I need to hear that drift knob being swept!

Yeah that Ricochet is awesome, especially considering it is so small and doesn't need the dang flip flop.

Whoa!

That Dirty Robot sounds as sexy as a super model strutting through a room full of tin foil and cellophane (in slow motion).

I'd just like to say that the LEDs might be my favorite part about this pedal, and we were looking into adding even more.

Was just checking out pictures of the Dirty Robot on the Digitech site. Is that a cup holder that it comes with?
This is a very impressive collection of Roto Toms. That's 21 Roto Toms in all. That is only $33.00 a Roto Tom.

The Dirty Robot is monophonic so let's say that with chords it "fails gracefully." If you play chords you will get flip-flopping (which can sound cool BTW) but the nice thing about the mix control is that you can mix in your dry so that you still hear the individual notes in the chord and the Dirty Robot plays a single synth note underneath.

What I just described is actually one of my personal favorite settings with the Dirty Robot. Playing arpeggios with the mix set about noon, and having the Dirty Robot sweep through a filter underneath is awesomely awesome.

That's a Stomplock™.
So you don't move your knobs when you don't want to during frantic foot switch stomping.

I don't know what you are referring to, but all pedals should come with a cup holder.
