I'd personally go with the Mudhoney. It's supposed to be like a rat and a muff, with the
ability to get good OD. The fuzz factory sounds kinda thin to
me.

It all depends. If part of your sound centers around the fuzz factory's messed up fuzz face tones, don't trade it. If you find the sounds coming from it silly, then go with the mudhoney. Personally I'd take the mudhoney.
