So I have a meet Maude incoming and I know I'm gonna want that sweet oscillation. And I'm gonna want to go from normal delays to freakouts without bending over. But I don't want to take up the space with an expression pedal just for a feature I won't use that much.
So would I be able to make a box with a knob to set a second feedback setting (since you can set the feedback with an expression pedal) and then a momentary footswitch to turn it on? Would that work?

You could get an expression pedal micro wheel thingy. I have one for this exact purpose, except I use it with my bellwether and spring chicken bc I don't have a meet Maude. I have this one:

I think saturnworks makes one too.

Pretty sure someone asked for something similar recently and multi or cloudscapes posted a picture for one that would have two settings. Can't find it though.

If I can't find one with a momentary switch I'll probably get that one petee posted. I guess I should Google it.

Not a tough (or expensive) DIY either. This should get you started:
