hmmmm. I didnt even know they made pedals...I guess that is a more legitimate complaint then...even though their pedals still say Satellite Amplification and not Satellite Effects. Oh well. They should really just hire me to fix the shitty design work on their pedals.

I know the cool kids love 'em (do they still?) but I could never get into the Shaggs. Maybe I'm too basic.

Sadly, I have nothing to recommend as far as mouthfucking.
This is a very impressive collection of Roto Toms. That's 21 Roto Toms in all. That is only $33.00 a Roto Tom.

Uh, didn't Boogie and maybe Fender already have amps with Satellite in the name? Or did that shit all expire?

Also, this seems like exactly what lead to Dwarfcraft having to rename the Shiva.

There should be a list of registered trade names.
See if it is registered.
Selling clones is legal as long as the pcbs are not direct copies, and they are not sold as the original thing. Like tricking folks into thinking they are getting an actual dba. You can however say that the circuit is a 100% accurate clone in terms of components.

I would tell them to go fuck themselves personally. Then I'd set up an LLC in the name and tell them to try and contest it. I just looked it up and I don't see that name registered anywhere. So fuck them.

Legal threats are weak. Offer to fight them in a car park for it. 13 rounds, no shirt, no gloves. Winner takes the name and all remaining stock.
