I couldn't find the Fuzwami with the search engine, so apologies if there's a pre-existing thread. Apparently Jack Deville is launching a new pedal line, priced slightly above the Mr. Black stuff.
$199 retail for the Fuzwami, with free shipping. There's a couple of audio clips online already.
Code 'gimme' gets you a Fuzwami for $99 shiiped in the US. Any overseas pals wanting to get in on this? I think for another $25, you could get this to the EU//UK.
Just saw this!
Thanks for noting the new stuff y'all.
On FwonkBeta:
Due to the low frequencies produced by the pedal, it can be hard to actually hear some of what it can do. You sure as hell can feel it. If your amp can handle/produce those frequencies. When it sounds like nothing is happened, it may be due to playback speaker response. Trust me. That fucker THUMPS. And fucking smells.
On Friday Club:
Hey. Tomorrow is Friday! Have fun and play loud.

Fair enough. YouTube's not exactly kind to pedal sounds in general.

I picked up a Fuzwami to try it out. What passes closely for the "Gain" control means no output at complete CCW; turn it slightly and BAM, heavily overdriven tones. Turn it up slightly beyond that and you're already into fuzzy thickness at barely any travel along the knob. The nice thing about this is that if you treat your guitar's volume knob like you would with say the EQD Acapulco Gold, you can get some lighter overdriven fare. Imagine blasting a thick fuzz riff at full guitar volume, then rolling the guitar's volume knob back by half and getting some nice crunch to pull off something akin to the sound of that crunchily jangly cyclical riff in Bowie's "Rebel Rebel". I dig it.
Great deals with lordgalvar, filipre, seten, DannDubblewe, PumpkinPieces, backwardsvoyager, DADGBD, jwar, JonnyAngle, dandolin, pd~, Dungus, dminner
