I try to set them all for roughly unity when they leave the shop. That said, stuff can get crazy with the regen and such.Inconuucl wrote:Is anyone else getting a huge volume boost with the Specter?
There is an internal trimmer that sets volume, pic for location attached.

Any more comments on the Catalinbread Zero Point? I like the momentary switch idea... My issue with modulation is the predictability of the cycles, which I guess a expression input would solve, but I also like subtle flangers, and simplicity.

Still haven't tried a Zero Point.
The Spectre is capable of some gorgeous subtlety. Simple it is not. You can set it simply though. That's what I've been doing until I have more of a chance to delve deeper into its abilities.

I am not really ramping with the Spectre. I don't know why.

Ramping the zero knob is a religious experience.JonnyAngle wrote:Chankgeez wrote:Still haven't tried a Zero Point.

The few comments I've seen make it seem like there's, uh...zero point.K2000 wrote:Any more comments on the Catalinbread Zero Point? I like the momentary switch idea... This thing is fucken unbelievable. im not even a flange fan so much. The weird vocal filtery flange sounds in this were enough to make me pick it up on impulase. Phenomenal.
