hHi
I finally added a description of the new features to the manual.
http://mtlasm.blogspot.ca/p/blog-page.html
The new stuff is highlighted in blue so you can just skim until you see it. I will try to add some video aid as well in the coming weeks.
nice toilet.

120??? Where the fuck you buying your stuff from! LOL! That's so high! hahaha You could get it screen printed, etched or whatever for that price. Probably less.

elcapistan wrote:I forgot I had a show last night and I had been using the ct5 as my only delay to get to know it better and so rather than rework y board I just used it at the show haha
Used it as a medium length regular delay, octave up reverse delay, and an octave down pitch shifter. Then at the end of the set I reached down and switched to mode 3 and looped two notes real quick an just started going nuts with all the direction knobs. It was fun.
And it worked extremely well in the band mix. Really proved the usefulness of the pedal as a more "normal" musical tool. I look forward to actually bringing it to band practice to find more uses haha
It really is a very useful pedal once you learn your way around it and get past the whole "LOL CT5SOOO WEIRDD LOLOL" shock.
Listen, the WORLD is my board. All of the pedals are on it, just out of my reach..

Re: Count To Five
my plan is to basically construct weird chords with it, capture these chords with the Ditto X2, then layer it up to create hella noise

This is why I think I need to get a Hotone Wally. It would fit nicely on my board.

Re: Count To Five
i haven't had a ton of time to compare the two, but after a few too-brief sessions with my new CT5 & my OG rev h not-yet-updated CT5, i think i prefer the older one. it very well could be option paralysis from all the new features...i do like the LPF on mode one, but i prefer the hissy not-quite-what-you-put-into-it quality of the loops on the older one. maybe that means the new one should get used mostly for mode 1, and the older one for modes 2 & 3. i haven't quite gotten the hang of the possibilities of transcendence mode. i think that lends itself more to tabletop fuckery than pedal-on-the-floor operation. still early, though. i could totally change my mind.

It could also be that you're more used to the older one? Change is hard I know.
