how many of you here have heard the alternate mix of 'Fresh' before? Came out in the early 90s by mistake when the label grabbed the wrong tapes for a CD re-issue. Everything except 'In Time' is slightly-to-completely different. It's almost post-funk due to the strange maximum-sound/minimalist-production. As good as Riot, but for different reasons. Miles beyond the released version of Fresh, as good as that is.
on second thought I should've just posted this in the casecandy thread and de-railed it for better purposes.
