Not a fan of the lack of bypass. If you're making a product designed for vocals, might as well include phantom power. Also, would have been nice if it had mic or instrument inputs/outs.
I'm sure it sounds fantastic though. Really like how the DBA delays have sounded so far.
would have been cool to see at least a bypass for the fx loop. or is the loop just for the repeats?
its cool and looks great, but for that price tho i'd rather get the radial voco loco or the http://www.revivalelectric.com/synapse/
Would be cool to A/B it with my 10+ year old Echo Master, which has more options, but is huge as fuck.
Edit: this only has about half the delay time of mine. Got to get those super long and crusty/distorted repeats going, imo. Cool that they rereleased it, but weird that they removed the hi/mid/lo filters and cut down the delay time so drastically.
Dunno if i in any universe would pay 300$ for a 3-knobbed delay.
Actually, ever since the DBA echo dream I've been kinda turned off by them. Would still want to try some of their stuff but I don't hype them like I did before
UCs echo master intrigued me since the first day he found it at a yard sale or whatever it was, but I don't feel like this is the same really
