Sorry, guys—I see a big pedalboard like that and sometimes I just have to ask a question.

The thing about a derailed thread is you can always... put it back on the rails. As you were!

Your question was not a derail, the other comments were :) Ask any question you want :)

Cool! Thought I'd maybe gone too off-bass.

It's weird when something you say without thinking is a really terrible pun.

Meh, I honestly just answered a question I was asked. I just ignore the shitposts. There is some sort of irony or maybe total lack of self awareness when people decry lack of substance while creating posts completely devoid of substance.
plenty of self awareness right here

now - for real, can anyone explain the sort of... TB niche concept of "breeder"?

you have a lot of pedals.
They "breed" with each other.
Your collection keeps growing.

It's not about the number of pedals really - it's a mindset. :)

I mean it makes sense on a forum like TB, where you get lots of folks who are all "HURR DURR BASS DONT NEED NO EFFECTS".

So I think the lack of self-awareness is probably on the side of the pilgrims who come here trying to build their own special city on the hill... inside the city on the hill we've already got.

But you know, maybe they'll figure that out one day.
good deals are here.

Ok. thanks

seems like appropriating this concept to a primarily effect pedal forum is a bit strange at least but... whatever floats your boat I guess :)

(I'm being really bitchy, yes. Sorry I guess? I just don't get why would you do this whole thread  of course you guys are welcomed here)
