Not sure since i don't own the amp or fuzz you speak of but....how about a GFS VEH? I'm a big fan of them for a lot of different styles

P90s in the neck and buckers in the bridge for me. Main SG has DMZ Paf in the bridge with Bareknuckle Mississippi Queen in the neck, back up SG has it's original Maxon bucker on the bridge and a BLK/Tri P90H in the neck.

Of the GFS line I'm a big fan of their VEH, and their protube hb is one of my favorite neck pickups ever

what do you think of these even cheaper OEM deals they have?
they say they're good but not as good as their retail line
:idk:
http://www.guitarfetish.com/Wholesale-Priced-OEM-Pickups_c_313.html
probably not much of an upgrade though

they have so many lines now
what are some good ones to start looking at for an SG?
want something to open up more dynamics but still has punch to it

Never used their full sized hbs, but I have a set of the firebird hbs in my jaguar. Sounds nice, but the heaviest I really get is Kyuss/QOTSA styled heaviness, so not sure how those are heavier.

Never tried their fullsize hbs tho.

any recommendations for a new bridge pup in EB-3? it'd probably need to be kinda hot. would prefer one i don't need to do any routing for, so gibson mini humbucker sized.
i've been thinking about getting the seymour duncan ric neck replacement pup for it, anyone tried one?

For me anymore it's mostly all single coils all the time. Really falling deep in P90 love in particular. This is my latest "upgrade" (TV Jones T-Armond @ neck, and BG Pure 90 @ bridge).

Thanks. I totally love the tones now too. With both sets of 'buckers I tried it was sitting there not getting played much at all. Now I haven't picked up another of my axes in 3 weeks, except to move them.

Next I'm upgrading the electronics, and getting a custom pick-guard made. I MAY get a Bigsby/Vibramate setup as well, but the jury is out on that.

Fell in love with Railhammer PUs.

Got a Gnarly 90 (P90) at neck and Bob Balch Sig (HB) at the bridge of my LP Studio.
My Revstar has got a Nuevo 90 (P90) at neck and is going to get a Kyle Schutt Sig (HB) at bridge.

All the Railhammers I tried so far have an excellent punch and clarity even when tuned rather low.
I like the Gnarly 90 a little better than the Nuevo 90 sofar. The Gnarly has a little more grease and dirt.
