I can't remember the circuit used, but if dminner cares to comment, the one I got from him is lush as hell and can get real slow (and it was biphase too)

The dude is actually doing another run of those pcbs and I was thinking about picking up a couple more I'm not a huge phaser guy, but that is the only phaser I have really liked so far.

You need to forgot about this silly notion of the WT as being a phaser for the people. It's an elitist phaser, conceived by dorks, manufactured for dorks...to impress other dorks. She's the French supermodel with a master's degree in architecture (of phasers) of my space age dreams. She's not some lot lizard giving HJ's to truckers for $25 a tug. She's spoiled, she's difficult to impress, she's clever, but above all she's exotic. You can't just throw her into some mom jeans and a cardigan, expecting her to remain faithful. She'll leave you if you try too hard to domesticate her.
