Yo, I haven't been following this thread closely, so sorry if this has been answered already, but what ever came of the proposed GB24 kits? I'm sorta missing my old one.

I'm pretty sure the answer is "I never expected the ct5 to be this popular is what happened."

that's why I'll never sell mine, haha. I could do without the ct5, though I'd miss it a lot, but I couldn't do without the gb24.

PCB for the new NA is also designed and substantial improvements over the original design have been made. Its been designed into the 'prism I' enclosure from this place.

I think Scott is referring to the actual shipping cost. It was a tad bit confusing, had to reread it a couple of times. If memory serves correct there was 4 shipping options.

- Preorder: $0. This was for folks doing the new preorder and putting a down payment down so no item was being shipped
- Canada/United States: $XX
- Worldwide: $XX
- Worldwide w/tracking: $XX

So if you were paying the balance of your CT5 and selected the first option you never paid your shipping cost. *cough*

Yes I apologize if selecting the right shipping option based on the country you live in is too difficult or unclear. In the future we will look for a solution that automatically adds the shipping based on the shipping address provided. For this round of payment the system will not be changed. However, I believe the main problem is that the default selected is nothing to ship not that people don't understand where they live.

yes i did many projects that were never brought to production. unfortunately i have to work with finite time. I may still release kits some time but not at this moment.

No the country part wasn't confusing Scott. I think I just had a brain fart and thought shipping was included in the price so I was like "well I am paying for a balance on my pre order so I just select that"

Ok thanks for the feedback. i have been making a conscious effort to always write 225+shipping but it's possible in some communications the shipping part was missing.

Unfortunately on the tictail store you cannot attach specific shipping to specific items but i guess that's what you get for free. It's likely we will move to another platform after this round which has some more advanced features/has a classification for digital content or items that don;t ship vs physical items.

You try storenvy at all? I've had no problems with that so far. Shipping is a bitch to set up the first time around but once you have it going you're good to go.

but now when I re-read it you get free shipping in canada only right?
it just says pay no shipping at the end because there's nothing to ship yet?

scott did do a 'free shipping' deal a long time ago. i got in on it when i bought my first one. that was before he was using the tictail store.

i'm psyched for my second one!
