Fuzz Documentary

Post by elbandito »

I know it's old hat but who's seen this doc? I haven't... anyone know where I can find it? I've searched all the streaming video sites that I know of, to no avail. Anybody got a lead for me? :poke:

Just click through the videos...there are 8, though one section is apparently missing.
If anyone wants a copy of the dvd I could burn one I guess, I'd just ask a few bucks pp gift (huge gear month, I can't be giving away stuff for free ;)).
There are some that call me...morningstaru?

Pretty disappointing doc IMO.

Fine for those of us who are already into it, but didn't see fit to think about what fuzz is, what it means, what its history is, or anything too much other than the guy getting to play a bunch of cool pedals in different costumes. Oh well....

I thought it was interesting but really wasn't about fuzz or how it "Revolutionized The World." It felt like more time was spent talking about wahs, Tubescreamers, and cloning than about fuzz or anything revolutionary.

It's also available through Netflix for those who have an account. The disc includes the missing segment and some extras that include people actually talking about (vintage) fuzz!
