since she plays guitar, she's got a heart-shaped, built-from-scratch oscillating 4049-badass-fuzz now (with a flip of the switch you don't even need an input signal to make it talk to you). might as well use the circuit for a future knarzbox since it sounds soooooooooo damn -ish

totally off topic, but i saw your avatar image on a sticker 2 nights ago in LA at the echo. is it your sticker or a band's?
Neither, it's some street artist that goes by the name "skullphone." I think he's from the LA area (supposedly pops by NYC too sometimes), so that would explain the sighting.
Also, what happened to the knarzboxes? They're still around?
Do you like listening to homemade music? Me too. Why don't you try one of mine?

yap. had a 3-4 months hiatus after relocating, but i guess i'm back on track now. got two new designs in the pipe; one's a nasty octaver, the other one will be totally mad (yeah, right. that's what they all say...). plus there's a plan for a small series of one-off-pedals. we'll see uhm...and prices will be much lower so you crazy us-people can buy some too without going crazy on taxes and stuff, hehe
cheers

@scruffie: since you're from "sort of" london (hehe), you don't know by chance if the great ROCK STOP sells rare pedals and such? i just walked by that place a month ago in the middle of the night and was wondering if they might be into putting some knarzbox-stuff up their shelves (no chance to ask them yet).
greetings sebastian
ps: and yes, dba had the monophonic love synth, but it was not heart-shaped

Hmm... I did reply to this but it seems to have been wiped with the forum...
Can't remember exactly what I said but the upshot was 'fraid I don't have any idea, I avoid the London shops due to stupid high prices but i'd imagine they'd take your stuff, most guitar shops are pretty accomodating to that kind of thing, i've had my stuff in one or two shops before when money's been tight
@kosta: oh yes, she did. she made oscillating weirdo-noises for about an hour after unpacking the present, hehe. seemed to suit her fine
@scruffie: yap, i saw your reply before it decided to go an vacation. so those places are rather posh, i suppose? it was right next to a rehearsal-place, so i guess lots of people will see things on display... what did you put up on the shelves then? used gear or home-built?

I dunno about posh, London just has higher prices than the rest of the country (Drinks are about £4 in the bars as an example) I've had used gear and I sold a home built rangemaster clone in other guitar shops though... think 15% was the going cut they took.
