understood,
this plus an ISO5 and a few onespots covers just about everything you would ever need for power

Isolation is overated

Depends. Isolation will eliminate some noise. It helps more with some pedals than others. Live, it's less of an issue, but in studio use it can make a big difference.

I do as you suggest, a mix of isolated and not depending on the pedal

We should just make a list of all the pedals that can't be daisy chained
as a reference guide

I run a CIOKS DC10 out of the courtesy outlet of a PP2+. The CIOKS don't have the courtesy outlet otherwise I'd just have two of them. It's definitely something to keep in mind, because the extra place to plug something comes in handy. I was interested in the Walrus but I've seen a couple complaints about it.

Anybody try the MXR Iso-brick yet? http://www.jimdunlop.com/product/iso-brick

Also, I would second the notion on a list of what pedals are ok to daisy chain and what don't like it.

Any thoughts on daisy chaining multiple fuzzes off a single iso out?

And if a power supply has a higher-voltage out, is that a good out to use to daisy chain multiple 9v fuzzes?

I think it comes down to counting up your MA
most pedals don't consume much

Thinks that like ISO power
include the Line6 Tone Core series (I have heard you can get away with 1 in a chain but not 2)
The M5 hated my Caline as well even though it had the juice the lack of true isolation was a problem
Will post more as I think of em

I know here not isolated. That's why I have 2, so if two need to be separated I can do that.

I just bought a PP2+ off here and it's sweet. I can experiment with voltage staving pedals and i can get end bits to run my MF102 without needing another spot on a surge protector. The Mondo just seems to be more awesomeness/for people who have real pedalboards instead of briefcases.

Exactly! I liked this feature too. It's missing on most supplies.

You forgot to talk about the One Spot CS7 and CS12. They are cheaper and really great working power supplies!
Fuzzonaut about the RM-1N:

No, there's no amp in there - tone fairies and feedback goblins live inside this box.

Yeah, bought a CS12 a while ago, primarily because it could get rid of my Timebender wall wart. Lots of ports, some high output ones, starve knob, adjustable voltages. Pretty happy with it, and the price is definitely good.

Ugh I need to step up my power supply game but it's such a boring thing to throw money at. Right now I'm using an skb ps8 with its internal daisy chain and a one spot. Cables fucking everywhere. It's like an H. R. Giger painting.
