anybody using these in their pedals?
I just found out about them. a guy building pedals on reverb/etsy says they can be cool. especially for synth stuff.
anyone?
Tried some as clippers in a modded Bosstone. Close to germanium there, but maybe a bit more over the top in the suboctave stuff that pedal does--a hair too much, truth be told, so I didn't use them. I think people generally like them as easier to find germ diode subs.

don't know about bat diodes, but two nights ago there was a literal bat that somehow got into my house and was buzzing me while I was dozing off watchin tv lying on the couch...it was frantically flying loops between the living room/kitchen and about scared the shit out of me tell i figured out what was going on surprisingly easy to catch once it came to a rest above the fireplace but it was none too happy about being grabbed. now i've got to figure out how the hell it got in

Southwest Ohio. Funny enough this is the second house I've lived in, in Ohio, where I had to deal with a bat that got inside. First time I was on the toilet at the time, and there was a small window only like a foot from my head. Didn't have AC so I kept that window open and there was a screen....heard a scratchy noise and leaned forward to look out the window and to my surprise I was eye to eye with a bat good thing I was on the toilet closed that window in a heart beat man...then had to tap away at the glass to get it to climb up so I could open the window and then the screen so it could get free. Pretty sure that one got in through the attic.
