i mean, at the time when they came out both records were everywhere. Prior to that all of my guitar playing was either classical or a lot of bad classic rock my mom lisrened to, and the occasional led zeppelin and sabbath from my dad, but he never listened to anything past their more vanilla songs, so i didnt know their cooler stuff. I just remember turning on mtv one day and the music videos for The Widow and Little Sister came on back-to-back and my mind was blown. So I saved it up my allowance and got the two records.Invisible Man wrote:I meant how old were you when you bought them, but...*does mental math very slowly*...figures no younger than 13. I was imagining an eight year old shuffling through dusty stacks at the local record shop and picking up Frances the Mute.Inconuucl wrote:At 23 I'm younger than my looks and station make me.Invisible Man wrote:Now that's just crazy talk. I'm not gonna lie I didn't like France the mute on first Listen.
