The guy I bought my guitar body from is a joke and sent me a sheet of Pickguard material instead of a real Pickguard. Like a dick.

Get a cheap dremel and cross your fingers. That's what I did for my Frampton pickguard!

A good discussion somewhere in guitar diy was had, I will find it...I wouldn't use a dremel though. Rent a router from home depot instead.
Dremel gets too hot and will melt the plastic.
Pickup templates of some kind are a must [and should be played out with strings on to properly center it in my opinion]...
If you need help, I can try but it is a pita. And requires good planning.
