Maybe you could use names from Alice in wonderland for the different models. White Rabbit edition, Mad Hatter edition etc. :idk:

I KNOW, RIGHT?!?

Alas, demand keeps me from being able to do any, and the next couple months are likely to be insane with moving home and FuzzHugger...once we're settled in the new shop, we'll have a permanent demo space (where others can even swing by to demo!).

I had a couple general questions about the Sonic Shroom circuit.

Now, obviously the pedal is an AB-Synth v.3. I understand a little bit about the AB-S circuit, in that its like two cascading AB circuits minus the dirt stage, or something like that. I don't know. Fuzzy voodoo.

Anyway, I was reading about the AB-S v.2 with the Clip knob, and how apparently that blended silicon and germanium clipping? Is that true? Was the AB-S v.2 a silicon and germanium fuzz? And if so, is the Sonic Shroom also a silicon and germanium fuzz? I've always been under the impression that it is a silicon fuzz, so learning this was interesting. Was just curious.

Also, was wondering how different the straight fuzz tone differs without the clip knob? I'm assuming its generally the same fuzz sound as the AB-S. Either way, I'm super pleased with the SS. Just wanted to know some extra info on it, because it is so cool.

If these questions have already been addressed somewhere in this thread, apologies.

Thanks guys.
