To me this is almost an instant Dead Kennedys sound. The reverb will put it into self oscillation pretty quickly and the viscosity will get sick sounding. I have to keep these at or below 12:00. The balance controls the two play heads but sounds like it attenuates both when it's anywhere between the two extremes, so the mix needs to be fine tuned when using it.

Overall it's really cool for slapback and shorter delays because the repeats tend to die out quickly since you have to keep the reverb down to prevent self oscillation. It puts that warbly fog in the background that they talked about in the demos and it sounds cool. I also turned everything to the minimum, 100% wet, and dialed in the viscosity for a neat vibrato, which then becomes a chorus as you turn the mix down. Not a standard delay but does its own thing very well.
