Simple, affordable pedalboards.

Post by brutaljawns »

Hello!

I haven't been on here in a while but in the mean time I have put many hours into carpentry and have worked out a pedalboard design that I am very happy with. Cable management has been built into the board itself. The boards are also incredibly lightweight.

Prices start at $35 and cap at $80 for some of my largest boards.

I think these look cool. I like the DIY factor for finishing.

Urban outfitters paid somewhere around $4000 to make that wooden vagina.

these look pretty cool, and the lightweight thing is a huge bonus.

Any chance a top lid or case are in the works or do they fit in existing bags?

I can make them to fit in an existing case. I don't bother with making lids or cases because I don't have the production setup for it and frankly I think there are those who do a much better job making them. I use pelican cases for everything, personally.

Thanks very much for the kind words!!

I might zip you off some dimensions if I find a cool bag or something

main board right now is such a back breaker

Really dig those boards, they look tasty without being too bling or posh or over the top or whatever. Lightweight, cheap, my favorite approach to fixing pedals...

If only I were in the US

wow these are fantastic. you do custom orders? I like the style, but not so much the zip tie business (not my cup, but other people get down).

I'm planning on including zip ties with a release tab, I've also seen people use Velcro straps. I've just had Velcro fail on me so many times on tour to use it. But hey, once it's leaves my shop, it's yours to do with what you please.

I make custom boards within a particular scale. Meaning, I will round up or down to the closest "unit" of the grid system I use because I found that this spacing is a perfect medium for a variety of pedal types. Thanks!

This is super dope man. Had I not upgraded to a PT pro recently I would have already placed the order. If i run out of space (more like WHEN) I'll hit you up!
