I had the same Procession you did and I got rid of it only because of the insane volume boost. I really dug it, loved the hold, but it just gave too much of a boost to have as my only reverb. Naturally I traded it for my first Fuck ;) (how many threads have I pimped the Fuck in? All of them?)

I really like OBNE though. The hold feature was the best thing about the Procession so hopefully the usefulness carries over into this new guy.

There is also the one from Malekko coming out as well. Seems this is the next thing to pimp out.

No, I just meant the Kilobyte, but these "lo-fi" delays.

They're not the same thing but it's the same sort of thing.

Does the Kilobyte do any granular synthesis? Lumping lo-fi delay and granular delay into the same thing is a pretty bold move.

I'd be stoked to see more granular pedals on the market. I love my Red Panda Particle, and I've been meaning to try the Borderlands app that I've seen artists using.

The Particle is awesome but it has very low headroom in my experience. That red clipping light would not stay off. I'd love something like it but with softswitches and relays giving options for tails and footswitchable sample/hold.

I cannot see the similarities between a straightforward delay with kinda gritty repeats and a granular delay of any kind whatsoever.

Keen to see this though, but I would LOVE some kind of level control. Even a trimpot would be an improvement.

They aren't the same thing at all. Go eat some chicken tenders or fingers or whatever the fuck you call them.

Still, this is going to be the next foray that's done to death. Hit me up when everyone starts getting into Sample & Hold technology and we can start talking.
