I'm still enchanted with my Super Flutter. I know it'll pass with time, but it's my Muse for now.

Is there an advantage to having the pitchfactor over the H9? I've never really played either, but I'm intrigued that so many people have said PF and haven't mentioned the H9.

I enjoy it too...Thing is a blast, but it was giving me some trouble the other day (hissy, noisy in the bad way...probably a power issue).

And those little bits of pitch shifting and stutters here and there is a blast with riffing though.

That would not be fair lol.

But yeah, having stuff like Ultratap, Resonator, Undulator, Looper, TremoloVerb, BlackHole + all the Pitchfactor is endless fun and better than only having a Pitchfactor.

I know the benefit of the PF over H9.

That tape echo is sick! Pricey though. I've always wanted gear that will match with my weed grinder.

I'm pretty sure a grinder pedal would definitely be on the "most fun" list.

Knobs.
You still can do the editing right there with the 3 switches and the big knob. Is not that hard.

I like the idea of implementing a smoke session into my guitar rig. Like this fella right here, nice taste in gear, and a rack vape to enjoy some sticky while laying it down.

It's neat, but...$800.

That'd buy me a couple Echoplexes if I was patient or a fairly decent Space Echo.

I'd rather have a big box old beast with resale versus a cassette model.

My pedalboard costs approximately 191 Metal Zones.

I already have a Space Echo. This is tonally very different. It also has a lot of features the Space Echo doesn't have like Hi-Z input, DI, High Pass, etc. Maintenance is easy... just put a different tape in. Every tape type and length will make it sound different. It gets very experimental sounding at longer delay times. It's just not the same thing as an echoplex or space echo. If echoplexes or space echoes are your thing and what you're gassing for if you're going to spend that much money then great but just because all 3 are tape echoes doesn't mean they excel at the same things or create the same sounds. I can understand resale value but who's to say these won't retain value as they continue to get more widespread. Maybe not too... but i'm willing to take that risk. I'm loving it so far.
