Buying an Ableton Push on the cheap? (V2 coming out)

I've been seeing people selling their Pushs for $275-350. It worth picking one up for $250 or is the new Push going to be that much better that getting a V1 won't be worth it? Looking at the videos of the Push 2, it does so to be much improved.

Depends if you would consider any of the new functionality to be absolutely essential I guess.
I'm a longtime Novation launchpad user because my needs/uses are pretty basic, so I'd think pretty hard about what you actually need.
Saving $ is always good though.
