it's the only solution i've found (aside from using a laptop & soundcard on stage) to get 8 channels of looping (with the delay time set to fixed 12+ second intervals, and regen to 100%). I use the 8 aux mixer for the routing. fun times. layering options are aplenty.
These aren't on any board of any type?!?!?!? Send that Geiger Counter, Whetstone and Dream Mangler to me. I've got a board here that will make them feel at home.
if you look closely, they're all on six wooden ones with velcro. (expect for the ones on the blue thing, cause i'm out of bins to put them in)
HotDog vs EauClair. distortion/fuzz/destruction wise, they both sound very similar eauclair is like a full frequency wall of sound, with extra features like the boost & feedback but what I like about the HotDog is the blend knob, which really helps keep your low end. dirty low end is hard to discern live. the hotdog has a much higher chance of making and staying on my gigging board due to its size i don't really like how close the footswitches are on the EC.
I haven't tried the shiva & TGD, so i'm not sure how these two compare to those. but i'll probably pick them up later in the year. i'm on a spending break until i move in june.
Now that's a lot of Schumann and little else. Nice though. Been looking for a PLL.
This is how we roll: (I even tidied it all up for you)
Gretsch Junior > Boss Tuner > Dano Compressor > Digitech Hot Rod Distortion (bunch of crap, soon to be replaced) > EHX Octave Multiplexer > Moog Ring Mod > Digiverb > Dano Slap Echo > Jamman Looper > Koch Classic SE
All the rest of the stuff on the table is for being bowed, put between the strings, banged onto the Body etc.

Touche'.
But then again, they aren't hooked up together via patch cables making it look like they are all holding hands. They could look like they were having a better time.
