Forgot these:

And the two good DK live tracks from "Give me...": "Night of the living Rednecks" and "Pull my strings" (oh, don't buy the manifesto versions...only buy the old genuine AT versions of DK albums):

I'm just glad someone put "Suck on this" up here. It is a great album. Easy to forget how good Primus was before "The Brown Album" (and maybe "Tales from the Punchbowl"...but I like some of that).

Sonic Youth and The Ramones stuff.
Studio albums sound pretty boring to me.

Also, Les Rallizes Denudes... heh.

Goroth already said live after death, which I came to post, but I'll add thin lizzy's live and dangerous and ufo's strangers in the night as fucking unforgettable rippers. And it's a god damn shame that this thread got past the first page without mention of no sleep til hammersmith.

High on New Heaven by Acid Mothers Temple, released earlier this year is pretty damn grand. Bonus Gong-cover in the middle of their sick jamz, what more can a human being want?

Wasn't able to find it through rudimentary youtube/spotify/google-searching, so no. Link a brother up?

Even MTV Live and Loud is pretty incredible. There's some kind of fan or something blowing at the stage and Kurt's hair is all blown back and he's screaming and in that moment, I realized I was gay for Kurt Cobain

I haven't really listened much to any live albums in ages, it's weird. I mean, in front of an audience live. When I was in my mid teens I loved "Live at Leeds" by the you-know-Who... and of course those Nirvana records. Late '90s I remembered being totes into the live disc of Tori Amos' To Venus and Back album, and definitely bauhaus - Gotham. In later years, the only live record I've bought/listened to a lot, is Brainworms - Which is Worse? The B-side on that is a live studio set, pretty rad.

Funnilly, the band/collective of friends I've heard the most live material from is the one I play with. Our drummer is an engineer so he records every session, has done for close to a decade. So it's safe to say we're sitting on vast amounts of audio material no human or animal should have to endure. Oh, the terrors within that vault...

The only two live albums that I consistently listen to (and maybe the only ones I own) are Five Iron Frenzy's The End Is Here and Reel Big Fish's Our Live Album Is Better Than Your Live Album.
SPOILER : show
Also, that RBF album is "live."

Having never really listened Iron Maiden, should I just get Live After Death and be set?
