It's a good starting point... I think.

As much as I lust for modular, you could get the Bass VI and be done with it, or you could forget about disposable income forever.

My GAS mixed with my terrible spending habits has modular permanently in my "no no" folder. At least until I start earning 6 figures a year

Make the jump into modular, it's super fun and rewarding. $1200 is plenty to start off, just gotta know what you're looking for. HMU, or research around here or on muffwiggler and you'll be able to put together a nice starter system.

I think I just went from building one guitar to building two of them.

This could get out of hand very quickly.

I hear ya. I thought about going with a modular a few times but I added up a "starter" setup to be $3000 with no signs of stopping. Then the Pittsburgh Modular guitar pedal is interesting too but I think I would run out of room too quick, plus modular is more orientated for a hands-on approach in my opinion.

Funny, I am considering a Bass VI too, as well a better looping setup (to be determined).

It's going to be a long week of hard thinking. If I go that route I'll hit you up though.

$1200 is such a good start up though. Although $500 is going to the Phonogene which I find 100% necessary for me.

I've been having a similar dilemma with my microbrute/spare basses. Modular is really enticing

All pedals should be available with Momentary switch capability (maybe a toggle activation). And an automatic trails (blend?) transition option between momentary on&off.

Dude, this is totally going to revolutionize the campfire and Venice Beach performance industries.

Looks kinda silly, but I guess I could see why people might enjoy it.

Smashing it would be positive, it would turn it into a useful piece of art :thumb:

I always feel bad when I see stuff like that. Dude probably put so much work into it and he doesn't even realise how stupid it is.
