Almost any other dirt?
I've found percolators go well with just about any other dirt pedals.

I've had good luck with a klon type, but the combined noise is just ridiculous. mixed results with a d+ type thing.
i'm trying to find something with plenty of low end, i guess is should try an op-amp muff maybe.

I usually default to Muff-style fuzzes (including op amp), but have also enjoyed results with Boss HM-2 and Roland AF-100 Bee Baa variants as well and Orange, Fender, and Marshall-type amp overdrive. The noise level can definitely be a bit much, but resulting feedback can mask it.

I did a couple of gigs with my Even Anguish into EQD Monarch. Suitably massive, but not muddy.

Which HP inspired pedal has the most volume? Seems like every HP demo I watch the volume is cranked but it doesn’t seem too loud. Maybe the Dirge Even Anguish or EAE Dude Incredible?

Even Anguish does have a lot of volume.
I also like the Fredric Utility Perk. Stomping Stones At Action Perk is very nice as well. Land Devices HP-2 (with the switch to the right) can also get loud. Champion Leccy Divvy is good too. Been meaning to try a Joe Gore Porkolator. I think all those pedals solve the volume issue. Some are more accurate representations of the original circuit than others. It's a weird circuit and I think the improvements are mostly welcome IMO.
I believe any Percolator clone capable of removing the clipping from the signal path with get you loud enough though.

i guess i'm in the minority, but i don't want pedals to be so massively loud that they can't come down to unity gain with the unaffected signal. i don't "drive amps," i mix voices, and they have to be relatively consistent in volume. that's why i sold my Tone Reaper...it was almost impossible not to get a massive volume leap when engaged, and that's no better for me in a hypothetical band setting than it is on loops.
