FWIW i found those options by Googling "small 12 string acoustic guitar" and paging through the results in "Shopping" and "Images," the latter of which is my secret weapon when searching for parts in particular.

i was looking at one of those guitar-seller ads on Facebook that have a carousel of listings to swipe through and came across this. it’s a bit pricey, but it appears to tick all your boxes. <edit>the one in the second photo; the first is the display on Facebook. i’ve bought parts from these guys and they’re legit.

i saw that Fender Villager online and even in web-sized photos the fretboard is visibly insanely wide at the 12th fret.
