I never liked meat all that much when I stopped eating it all together when I was 17. This really brought back having to take care of my great grandmother and having cook meat for her when I had just given up eating the crap..
I’m usually happiest with just making falafel patties for that type of thing..... I really do need to start the journey into reproducing the good earth planet burger...
