Right over the neck. Or you can remove the pickup covers and slice your fingers off on the surrounds.
Wierdly I don't like it and I think it's because of the teardrop pickguard. Put the original pickguard on there and BAM! you got a beautiful instrument.

Terriers are so willful that they sometimes make you question your decision not to sell them along with unused guitar pedals.
