over loaded cam levels are something i strive for on a day to day basis.
i really do love the cheaper parker's.
i made a girl fall in love with me by playing a single cut parker at best buy.

I just sat through the whole thing, and trust me, it's less fail to just walk away...
And it doesn't matter what knobs or arm you put on that guitar, it's gonna look like a Strat

Actually i think itd be cool to record a song through a shitty overloaded cam, im sure you can do this with studio equipment but thats of course assuming that you have the money for a studio.

After reading this, I went back to give her another chance. And I tried really hard to get through her latest video, but I simply couldn't. "But she has improved so much!", you might say. Or perhaps, "But now she has a sweet guitar!" Or maybe even, "How could you not like such a happy song?"
Alas, none of those reasons are why I could not manage to subject my ears to it. She still has the TONE OF DOOOM!!! If you're going to make youtube videos documenting your introduction to guitar, get a microphone that doesn't distort when you start WHISPERING.
End of rant.
But yay for people sticking with guitar and making lots of improvement!

I mean, you gotta start somewhere, but you sure as hell don't have to post low quality youtube videos of it. I really don't know which is worse--the playing or the sound quality.
Maybe in several years when she's really good at guitar, all of these videos will make a neat documentary tracking her progress...until then, though, I really have no idea what motivates people like this to post videos like that.
