It's the same pedal as a PDS 1002, trimpots on the inside to adjust and everything, except only the longest delay mode has infinite repeats and that mode can not be turned off, but instead only switched between infinite, and standard long delay. Oh, and no input/output knobs.
The longest delay mode has 2 modes, one that you can turn off, and one that you can set to infinite.

I'm building a True bypass looper with a feedback looping switch and potentiometer, that way it works the same as a PDS but with a "tweak the fuck out" complex.
These things sell for like $40 - $60

yeah if i ever built one i would want it to have the knob you can turn to adjust the feedback loop.

I'm debating with myself over using a potentiometer, or finding a way to control it using an Expression pedal.

you could have both.

Would anyone like to draw me a mockup of the circuit?
I'm not that skilled with electronics yet.

if youre not that skilled with electronics a digital delay is not a place to start

I'm not modifying the delay, I'm making a feedback looper to put the delay into.
I want to control the feedback knob on the feedback looper with an expression pedal though.

does your delay pedal not have a feedback control?

=

It does.
But feedback loopers work different on the looper mode while you twist knobs :D
Plus, the internal trims are set so that it can't spiral out of control so I can just keep the feedback knob on the delay itself on 10 when making loops so that I don't lose too much signal too fast and so I can fix it all. With a true bypass loop with optional feedback switch I can make it go crazy with one step.
Plus, it's my first pedal build, cute me some slack

:
Maybe I want to make one for the joys of building?
