D'oh! Glad you caught it. The Echoczar sounds AMAZING! I don't know why I haven't heard more about it before...

Man, I can't wait to take a listen to the echoczar clips! I remember the demo on the website and loving how lush it sounds. My guess is it's gooped to hell though.

That's a company I will NVR own anything from unfortunately...way too much money...for sounds I can re-create, or at least close enough to, with cheaper/already own things.

Now if I had that kind of money... sign me up

Oh man, the 3rd and 4th vidz were AWESOME. But I def agree that the price + wait means that I'm probably not gonna ever try to get one. Makes me want to build a delay with a ton of cool features

The waiting time is a pain in the ass and when i see things correct my Echoczar from late 2009 and has serial Number 95! That means Ed made less than 100 echoczar units in 4 Years!

I think its reasonable priced compared to how much love and work Ed Rembold puts into his products and how amazing this thing is!
Just for example there are 29 IC chips inside the echoczar and 11 of them are NOS and have to be bought from chip brokers and on top Ed has one of the best customer services out there!

Seriously the echoczar ended all GAS on analog delays. I still have an ML2 lying around cause it has a EQ knob and the Tap Tempo but I wont bother with analog delay search anymore!

I will try to do a clip showing off the Multi Head modes, Echo / Delay and Vintage/Modern switches! The options are really subtle and not cheesy and i hope my Zoom Q3 can capture this! As soon as I find the time I will also do an ML2 VS Echoczar comparison…
