Quick question. Which DOD distortion is the least shitty (or easiest to flip)?

DOD Grunge
DOD Hard Rock Distortion
DOD Supra Distortion

All I need is the battery door, so I'm going to buy one of these (cheap), and then probably punt the pedal back on CL (cheap).
Those are the three that are available.
Which one would you choose?

I'd say Supra.

If you forced me to buy one at gun point I'd say Grunge.

You can mod the Supra to be the Overdrive Plus or the Classic Fuzz, as they're all built on the same PCB. I kind of like the Overdrive Plus.

probably the grunge. seems kind of a hassle to go thru all of that just for a battery door though.

Can't get one any other way, and I'm sick of the gaffa tape curling up and getting all covered in crap. Buy it for $20, keep the door, sell it for $20 or use it as a weapon to throw at next door's dog when its crapping in my yard

all my DOD pedals except for my Classic Fuzz do not have a battery door. & i am totally at peace w/ this.

Now that I think about it, the one DOD pedal I had lacked a battery door. Hmm....

Well, I have a source for 2 more

if i had the cash i'd buy the Hard Rock Distortion becuz i already have the Supra Distortion & i have a ban on the Grunge & the Death Metal. hopefully my next DOD purchases in the future will be the Thrash Master & the DOD 680.

Yay, me too. Just can't bring myself to buy anything called a Grunge (or Punk or Metal anything, they're usually crap). So pulled the trigger on the Supra. All this for $20

Out of curiousity, what DOD's are you holding on to?

BTW, if your looking to off load that supra. I MAY be interested.
