1)What's like a Goatkeeper but that won't rob me of every penny that I own?
2)Why is everything that is awesome so friggin expensive?

It's worth it...Austin is working full time at lightfoot so hopefully the next version will be available in greater numbers.
The only other thing I can think of is the goatkeeper model in the m9/13...not exactly cheaper, but you also get some great filters/delays/looper (the other stuff isn't too shabby either)
There is the hollow earth but you'd probably have better luck finding a goatkeeper.

Hollow Earth, I think that a whole lot cheaper. It'd probably be easier for you to get a hod of one since you and cloudscapes (Sonic CrayonFX) are in MTL.

The wait list for the hollow earth is crazy long, I don't think he's taking new names. You might find one used, but the long wait list has convinced some the hollow earth is worth its weight in gold
(not to knock cloudscapes, your builds are worth what you ask, but used prices can be
)

Nothing like the GK in my opinion... Especially not when you factor in the CV stuff that it has...
