Liars - Sisterworld

Liars recently put out another milestone in their catalog of ever growing music. Sisterworld is jaw-droppingly intriguing. From the first song to the last song, it's interesting. Liars have figured out, how to be a band, change your sound, but still have your identity as a band. I think the tour with Radiohead is beginning to shine through.

I agree this is a fantastic album. Def took the best parts of Self titled made more I guess... Structured? I dunno I love it though.

For some reason I do not like the self-titled all the way through, but I do agree with what you said.

Agreed, although Pure UnEvil is probably my favourite song ever.

I really like Plaster Cast of Everything and Jon receives a Laura Bennett painted TBTP from a ILF board member. The latter was a hidden jam.

It's good, but I'm notfully used to it yet. I get used to an album of theirs and then they change the next one. Then I grow to love that one. It just takes time.

I'm a Drum's Not Dead kind of dude. Amazing album. Their s/t didn't grab me too much, but Sisterworld is definitely got me hooked. A lot of really cool rhythms and classic Liars moments.

Drum's Not Dead is great. Self-titled did not deliver as much as I expected.

Agreed. I saw a copy of DND at a semi-local music store the other day but I didn't have the $25.00. :(
