Alrighty... i love me some fuzz pedals... i'm currently going for a "wall-of-fuzz" driving psychedelic rock... drummer+guitarist... think southerny rock with heavy fuzz. and i am undecided between a big muff pi tone wicker v.s. a devi ever hyperion .... i'm running through a bugera 1960... any ideas? thank yaa

The Hype is a great pedal, but for a 2-person group where you're looking to fill some space, check out the Dwarfcraft Eau Claire Thunder...

Yep...we'll be the first people to recommend a devi, but in a two piece you'll want something that will bring a bit more thump,
like the Dwarfcraft Eau Claire Thunder (my personal favorite) or the Fuzzhugger Great Wall
Though the hype could work for you, who knows. One of Devi's dealers just did a new video, check it:

Believe me, I'm not dissing the Hype. It works wonders. Another Devi that could have good potential for wall o' fuzz is the Soda Meiser. So thick & chewy, with a little bit of Octavia in the upper registers... really, really nice stuff.

Man, I'm jealous... I'm from RI, so there's not a lot of Dwarfcraft up here.
Also, definitely check out those Devis if you can. Most of us are rocking multiple fuzzes on our boards... it's a bit of an addiction...

yeah for that wall of sound I'd probably go with Dwarfy or FH
if you're set on a Devi I'd probably do either the AE or the SM, but in my experience Devis varies A LOT by rig, more so than any other pedals I've tried. Not that the others dont, but it's a safer bet with FH and even the ECT

To put it lightly. I'm definitely a stacker.

if you can find one you want a TEAM AWESOME FUZZ MACHINE!!!!

the guy that builds them is in cymbals eat guitars and is on tour so there wont be any new ones for a few months and there are only about 20 or so out there now and i havent seen one used. tom sells them at
http://www.fuzzhugger.com
i found ilf because my bass player bought an eau claire thunder and it blew my mind. it will rock your socks! and your drummers socks too!
i have a hype and a great wall and i think you would like both, but for drums and guitar i would go great wall over hype.
i normally have at least 6 fuzz/ods in the chain at all times because i have issues.....

For a wall of sound, I'd lean towards a Big Muff or one of it's variants. I've never heard anything with such a wide range.

There was a couple suggestions that I was thinking about. The Fuzzhugger Great Wall, and Big Muff. If you want to go in the direction of a Muff I highly recommend the Blackout Effectors Musket Fuzz! Or have rockness monster build you one.
I also have a Dano Cool Cat Fuzz (the Frantone Peach fuzz clone) that I think is amazing! It's soooo thick and bassy.

Honestly the big muff with tone wicker will be fine. I'm in a two piece myself and the tone wicker was a great fuzz if you want that wall of fuzz/black keys/white stripes big sound.

My bassy favorite is TheSyle Singularity. Has a huge variety of sounds but my favorite is a huge bass-heavy doomy sound that is different from any other fuzz I have heard. It is a monster.

Great paired up with the Tronographic Ruty Box for some emphasis on bass and two different dirt sounds that aren't quite like anything else you'll hear on guitar.
Dwarfcraft Eau Claire Thunder is also a good bassy fuzz but my preference goes with the Singularity.
