So I got a Gretsch "Beast" the other day and damn what a beast it was. That guitar said fuck clean tones! The pickups are so hot I couldn't get anything else out of it I just don't like the idea of having a one trick pony guitar so after two hours of having it I took it to Austin Vintage Guitars where they had a few semi-hollows which is what I was basically looking for in the first place but craigslist wasn't delivering. I've been wanting a Epi Sheraton 2 for a while and they did have one but this beauty was right next to it stealing all of it's glory. I ended up trading the Beast for this guitar and what a guitar it is. I'm so in love with it. These Eastwood guitars are built so well and sound so amazing. It's the first Eastwood I've ever played and it will not be the last one. I've got my eyes on a few others online and I can say with full confidence these guitars are the shit!!! So if you see any of these at a store and give them a play, I promise you will do this

Eastwood is a great company that started in my hometown. Now the production is in Korea, but the guitars are still of excellent quality. I've played the Savannah before and I agree that it's really a kick ass semi (pretty heavy though, eh?). Also of note is the Messenger, and the RS-II. Eastwood makes their own pickups as well.

Its funny that this came up because tonight I came across a guy that would like to trade an Eastwood guitar for my telecaster... Guess this means I should run with it.

I traded my tele for the beast which got me the Eastwood which is a fun coincidence

I got my eye on the classic 6 for my next one. I was just going to go with the Gretsch Electromatic but after playing this awesome guitar I want more Eastwood!

I used to have relations with a girl named savannah. Almost fucked around and went to jail cause it turned out bitch was waaaaay underage.

Eastwood doesn't make the Savannah's anymore. They also stopped using those Burns tremolo systems as they don't stay in tune very well. I really dig the Sidejacks that come with the Jazzmaster style trems and P90s.

You know I haven't had any problems with the tuning. I thought they would be crap but I'm very impressed with the tuners.

I got a 2p deluxe and it was decent quality but the tuners were absolute shit.
