Another FuzzHugger NPD on Harmony Central...with an in-depth and possibly clips to come! Also, there are some questions about the Velcroar's tone that maybe some users could answer. (I'd rather let users answer tone questions than get all involved in threads about my pedals )

Anyway, thought I'd post the link out for those interested in either pedal!

And guys, I posted the link 1) for people interested in the Velcroar and Arc Flash, and 2) for someone with a Velc to maybe give some input rather than making me answer people's tone questions. I feel like a dick answering questions in a HC thread about my pedals.

Alright I'm working on getting some decent clips of the velcroar and arc flash but I thought it would be cool to see how they sounded next to a few other pedals.

So here are 5 distortion/fuzz/overdrive pedals. Let's see if you can name them. I play it first clean then go through the pedals.

Here are the pedals(in no order):

Devi Hyperion, Catalinbread DLS, FHfx Velcroar, EHX LBM, FHfx Arc Flash

Oh man...very cool!

But hard! Especially since I've never played a LBM or DLS...and I know the Arc Flash can get muffy, but that one especially really depends where you use it. Hmmmm.

I'm gonna say the Velcroar is the one at :38 seconds. That's the only guess I feel good about. I'm probably wrong.

Knowing what guitar and what amp you're using would help.

This is a strat with single coils and a fender champion 600.

hype is second
velcroar is third
arc flash is fourth
LBM is last
which leaves DLS as first

I know for sure hype and velcroar are right, at least i think so
I've never had any interest in the DLS and I'm not a big fan of the LBM so I'm inclined to say that those are the two I got wrong, just switch their places lol
