What the hell is this?

Look, I'm the biggest B.C./S.P. dick sucker there is. I've been behind everything they/he has done up through Zeitgeist, Superchrist, American Gothic, even the song he did for a car commercial (which, sans the crappy bass drum sound, ruled), I like all of this.

But this fucking sucks. I thought things were going downhill with Song For A Son, but this is shit. I hate this so much I can't even explain it. The fucking drum sound is awful and that twerp sucks. His I hate his playing and his drum sound like he's hitting a shipping package tube, not a snare. That kid sucks. Actually, I'm not sure if I just hate the drum sound more than the playing but all I know is Jimmy Jr. he is not. The toms sound almost like the snare. Fucking awful. That Kerry Brown guy should be shot, his production is awful, and I know, I'm sure BC had just as much to do with it, but for god sake's, do you think Flood or Butch would allow for such stale, uninteresting production? God, makes me sick.

...just listened again. Yup, this sucks dick. Fuck this. Boring as fuck.

This is awful shit.

The song is bad enough but the production is a wreck. What the fuck is up with having Corgan that far forward in the mix? And the drum sound is so weak that it makes it sound like the kid is fucking up rather than playing fills. It's also mastered straight up into the red. I was listening to club rap a minute ago, and I had to turn the volume down for this. What the fuck.

If you want to get really depressed, compare this to the nearest SP song on your music library - in my case, "Drown."
