BUZZMASTER? FRAZZ DAZZLER?

(I just joined - please be gentle with me!)
Has anyone tried the DeVille Buzzmaster yet? Sounds amazing on the few clips I've seen, plus how can you go wrong with 2 knobs and basic black?
Also, while I have your attention, what's the word on the street regarding the Frazz Dazzler? I personally like a fuzz that's fairly versatile, but always lean towards that "metal garbage can being ripped in half" sound.
Thoughts?

I don't have any knowledge of the buzzmaster, but the frazz dazzler sounds right up your alley. Check out the Dr. Scientist forums for more info. There should be some thread there to help you out.

Frazz is the best distorion/fuzz you'll get. Does both, creates it through a 1 watt amp inside of it, switchable gate, sizzle convers a bunch of ground. Just buy it.

I love my Frazz to death...I can't even describe it.
I can get pretty much everything I want with an eq before it.
I think I need to buy a second one..

Thanks, all, for the feedback.
I think it was on this board somewhere that I might've first heard of the Frazz Dazzler. I've since done some reading in the Dr. Scientist section (thanks, PumkinPieces) and heard some samples. This pedal makes some truly unique sounds, very savage and extreme.
Wondering: can it do anything remotely subtle, like a tube amp breaking up? Certainly not a deal-breaker if it doesn't. In fact, I'm already trying to track one down. Except for actually finding one and making payment, my acquisition of a Frazz Dazzler is pretty much a done deal!

The answer is no though I'm afraid. But there are thousands of overdrive out there can mimic tube amp break up.
The true magic of Frazz Dazzler is when you feed it into other od/dist (though I remember Ryan said he designed it with clean amp in mind) it melts everything.

i actually own both the buzzmaster and frazz dazzler and have to say they are very different. They are both great pedals and should definitely be in the fuzz arsenal.
the frazz dazzler is kinda of similar to the zvex fuzz factory where it has that velcro gated sound. it can get into standard fuzz territory but that's not it's specialty.
the buzzmaster has an insane amount of fuzz/gain that you won't believe. it does chunky, hendrix, and even metal. Since you mentioned you were looking for the "metal garbage can being ripped in half" it's got that and then some. very responsive and thick and it's frickin' DEAD QUIET. You can't even tell it's on.
