I really love watching Conan and Jimmy, they should fire Leno, his show is way too flashy and the jokes suck (more than the other hosts jokes at least).
I have to say recently Jimmy Fallon has become my favorite, his sense of humor is spot on with what I find funny. Ultimate Mustache Fighter and Obama Facial Expressions FTW.

I haven't see much, but the show is actually pretty good and funny! Thing is, with this deal, NBC was basically bumping Jimmy Fallon's show completely (such a late timeslot that the show is basically destroyed). Kudos to Conan for saying he wouldn't ruin his own show or Fallon's, and that that's what NBC was attempting.

Okay, okay...now I'm gonna cave.
Conan was promised the Tonight Show five years ago. Got the Tonight Show. Leno didn't want to leave, so NBC gave him prime time (which failed)...so they decided to move Leno back to Conan's time slot and force Conan to go on at midnight. Moving the Tonight Show to that times lot would most likely mean much lower ratings, which means Conan would get booted and replaced by...Leno! Back on the Tonight Show, just how he wanted. And Conan at 12am means Fallon after 1am, which means his show also basically fails / gets canceled.
WHEW.
