A gorgeous paint job from Heartben....




A few months ago we traded some pedals as i was looking for another volume pedal, i asked if he could possibly do a quick paint job so that I can get a plain jane volume pedal with a story behind it.... and he sends me this.... seriously, wow, i want to do this with all my volume pedals now...

yeah, was planning on putting a few coats to try and protect it, but i was anticipating it getting wrecked eventually... but the grip tape idea fascinates me, think i'll order some and see how it goes.... thanks

Not at all, i posted it to show everyone and give the kid more work....albeit i do know at the moment -because of the insane shit weather in middle america- Ben is stuck until things warm up a bit and his paint defrosts...

Ben does great work... when i came up with the idea i had NO CLUE it would turn out as well as it did.... more people should have him do this.... i am toying with putting grip tape as per Devi's suggestion but i do find myself contemplating just leaving it be..... and yeah, my volume swells will be a lot slower and more gentle for sure, heheheheh
