Do any of you guys know of any pedals that sound like, and or emulate, a rotating leslie speaker?
I know that the Boss RT-20 does. Are there any others?

The De Armond Twister gets close, especially if run into a separate amp.
The Dano Rocky Road makes fun noises.
Most of the Univibe clones will also do a passable job.
Running into a separate amp really helps get a Leslie like vibe out of all of them.

Best of the modern ones is the Option 5 Destination Rotation

The original Maestro PS-1 phaser was designed to emulate that sound, and I think it makes a pretty good attempt. Fantastic phaser.
The Jen Motorphaser is good too, but almost impossible to find.
Both of those ramp up an down between speeds too...all this before digital circuitry.
But nothing sounds like the movement of air you get out of a real one. Of course, there are few things that are as much of a PitA to humph around with you for live shows, so the compromise of getting 80% there will usually do unless you have a road crew to do the humphing...

Even though that may have been the original intention, I never really thought that Phasers and Univibes did all that good of a job of actually sounding like a Leslie. The RT-20, option 5 rotations, and DLS Rotosim all sound fantastic. The H&K Rotosphere is also supposed to be really good. I don't know how the Line 6 sounds, I haven't tried it. The Danelectro really doesn't cut it IME.

I have one of these and it's a fantastic sounding thing. If you ever see one, and it's not a million dollars, buy it.
