Sold Out

this may seem like really dumb question (and it probably is) but if something says sold out on the Fuzzhugger site, is it really sold out even if you can still click the buy now button?
Not a dumb question! I'm working to make it a little clearer.
If you can click the "buy now" button, you can buy it...refer to the nearby text for how long it'll take before the item ships (currently, I've got a waitlist keeping me backlogged, so all FuzzHugger(fx) pedals are shipping in 3-5 days).
